With over two decades of experience, Toby is a seasoned expert in conducting detailed socio-economic, financial, commercial and procurement analyses and modelling for diverse transport, buildings, property, and land use development projects across various Australian regions, catering to both public and private sector clients.
Toby has significant experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams in providing detailed strategic assessments, option appraisals and business cases. He has led the assessment of multi-billion-dollar tenders and has delivered critical analysis and advice to his clients in support of complex commercial negotiations.
